The Trilogy Dermal Piercing is a top designed to be inserted into your microdermal piercing or surface piercing. This top is composed of three brilliant white stones that shine brightly in the sunlight, making it elegant and refined. It certainly won't go unnoticed!
Don't know how to unscrew your dermal top? No problem: locate the subcutaneous plate, hold it still with two fingers to avoid discomfort, and unscrew the stud or whatever you're wearing, so you can easily insert the new one in the same way.
- The material is biocompatible titanium, nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
- Suitable for Dermal and Surface piercings.
- The top is sold individually. For surface piercings, two are required.
- The size of the trilogy is approximately 5mm in diameter.
- The threading is internal.

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
