Order processing time is one business day. After that, it will be shipped and delivered within 24/48 business hours.
NB. if an order is placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.

Absolutely! Thanks to the high quality of the jewelry, it will not be damaged by contact with sea or pool water. However, we recommend rinsing them with pure water and drying them for better long-term durability.

Precisely due to the type of material, our jewelry has a lifetime guarantee. Of course, you need to take care of it: it often happens that sediment, crusts, and secretions cling to the jewelry, causing the stones to lose their luster.
In this case, we recommend periodic cleaning by unscrewing the jewelry, cleaning it with warm water, and using a small brush or toothpick to penetrate the hollow areas of the jewelry, removing any residues of crusts and secretions, and drying it thoroughly at the end. Avoid creams and perfumes on the jewelry, as they can darken or damage the stone.

Our shop offers a vast selection of jewelry, ALL completely nickel-free and hypoallergenic, as they are made of ASTM F136 titanium, a material 100% biocompatible with our bodies. ASTM F136 titanium is also the material used to create medical prostheses.
How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, each anatomy is different, so it's always good to also consult the professional who performed your piercing to understand the precise size suitable for your ear, but generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, or 8mm for thicker cartilage
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally, we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear cartilage is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further inside)

LA SVOLTA! Con questo oggettino ci si mettono due secondi ad indossare un piercing. In più ho scoperto che un foro che credevo essere chiuso era ancora aperto:) utilissimo!
Presa la colorazione con opale da 6mm per un upper lobe ed è un incanto! Non ho trovato difficoltà nell'inserimento, né nella chiusura (ero terrorizzata dalla filettatura interna, ma siccome mi piaceva troppo questo modello, ho rischiato e ho fatto bene).

Preso in colorazione arcobaleno ed è bellissimo! Piccolo, grazioso e facile da inserire. L'ho usato per un upper lobe e la lunghezza da 6mm per me è risultata perfetta.
