Titanium is a material that is absolutely compatible with these types of procedures, but very often hospital rules are strict and demand the removal of jewelry regardless. To avoid problems or the closing of the piercing hole, the best solution is Teflon bars of the same size as a normal piece of jewelry.
This way, the piercing hole will remain unchanged and in perfect health.

- For septum, ear piercings, nose, lip, and eyebrow, the thickness is 1.2mm. For nipples, tongue, and navel, it is 1.6mm.

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
