The Spike Septum Piercing Titanium is the perfect piece of jewelry for your septum piercing. It is designed for those who don't like the classic horseshoe jewelry and for those who want a more elegant and refined look. The thickness of the jewelry is the classic 1.2mm, usually used for initial piercings. You can also choose the diameter to achieve the effect you like best.
If you choose the 10mm diameter, the piercing will be very visible and will hang lower towards the lip, unlike the 8mm diameter, which will remain more delicate and smaller. If you only want the balls to show, the right diameter for you is 6mm.

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
