The Pearl Titanium Piercing is an end to be inserted into a conch piercing, tragus piercing, helix piercing, flat or lobe, as well as on the nostril or lip. This end consists of a sphere with a synthetic pearl which, in the sunlight, stands out a lot, appearing elegant and refined. It certainly won't go unnoticed!
Don't know how to unscrew your dermal top? No problem: locate the subcutaneous plate, hold it still with two fingers to avoid pain, and unscrew the stud or whatever you're wearing, so that you can easily insert the new one in the same way.

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
