The Pearl Nipple Piercing Titanium is certainly one of the most original pieces of jewelry that Unusual Piercing Shop offers for Nipple Piercing. This piece of jewelry features two white pearl balls. Their diameter is 4mm, so they fit perfectly in the area without causing discomfort. Needless to say, the numerous facets of the pearls that reflect light make the jewelry even more unique.
Inserting them is very simple: just tighten one end and unscrew the other so you can insert the bar. To screw it back on, you just need to reverse the process, inserting the missing end into the bar.
- The material is ASTM F136 titanium, nickel-free and completely hypoallergenic
- The bar thickness is 1.6mm.
- The bar length is 14mm or 16mm. If larger sizes are needed, please specify in the notes at checkout.
- The threading is internal.

Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
