The Flat Diamond Titanium Piercing is a piece of jewelry that can be inserted into the nostril piercing and many other 1.2mm holes, on the face and ears, and has a top available in three sizes: 2mm, 2.5mm or 3mm in diameter. Unusual Piercing Shop offers what you are looking for. This end is composed of a white brilliant that, thanks to its very thin thickness, remains adherent to the wall of the nostril or skin, resulting in an elegant and refined look. It certainly won't go unnoticed!
To insert it, you will need to unscrew the brilliant and insert the bar from the inside. Once the bar is through, you can screw in your brilliant without fear of losing it.
- The material is ASTM F136 titanium, nickel-free and hypoallergenic
- The jewelry will be shipped with a 6mm or 8mm bar. If other sizes are desired, such as a 10mm bar, please specify this in the notes at checkout.

Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
