The Titanium Chained Nipple Piercing is certainly one of the most elegant pieces of jewelry that Unusual Piercing Shop offers for Nipple Piercings. This piece of jewelry features two clusters with white brilliant-cut stones on the sides, which are completely flat at the back, so they adapt perfectly to the area without causing any discomfort. It goes without saying that the many facets of the brilliant-cut stones make the jewelry very shiny.
Inserting them is very simple: just pull one end outwards, insert the bar, and once done, gently press the brilliant-cut stone into the bar.
- The material is ASTM F136 titanium, nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
- The bar thickness is 1.6mm.
- The bar length is 14mm, perfectly suited for nipples of normal size.
- The threading is threadless; simply pull a small heart outwards to remove and insert the end, and once inside, gently press the small heart into the bar to close it, as shown in the picture.

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
