The Billy Piercing titanium jewel is suitable for cartilage piercings, such as flat, faux rook, helix, tragus or lobe piercings. It is mounted on a very comfortable labret with a brilliant gem from which a small brilliant gem hangs. It has a flat back plate. Perfect for those who love a small piercing that isn't too impactful and is a valid alternative to the classic ring or classic silver ball. Elegance is guaranteed.
If you have a Flat piercing, this jewel, since it remains contained and doesn't take up too much space, is excellent if you are looking for something elegant compared to the usual classic ball. This jewel allows you to combine others without the composition being excessive.

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
