The Lil Double Diamond Titanium Piercing is a super versatile piece of jewelry. It can be worn in a nostril piercing, conch piercing, tragus piercing, helix piercing, flat or lobe, as well as on a forward helix and lip. Unusual Piercing Shop offers what you're looking for. This end is composed of a white brilliant that shines brightly in the sunlight thanks to its cut, appearing elegant and refined. It certainly won't go unnoticed!
To insert it, you'll need to unscrew the brilliant and insert the bar from the inside (if you have a nostril piercing) or from the back if you have an ear piercing. Once the bar is through, you can screw on your brilliant without fear of losing it.
- The material is ASTM F136 titanium, nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
- The jewelry will be shipped with a 6mm or 8mm bar. If you desire other sizes, such as a 10mm bar, please specify this in the notes at checkout.
- The bar diameter is 1.2mm
- The top consists of one 2mm and one 3mm brilliant.
- The threading is internal.

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
