The Opal Trilogy Piercing is a super versatile top suitable for many piercings such as the conch piercing, flat piercing, forward helix piercing, tragus piercing, helix piercing or even for a simple earlobe piercing. Are you tired of your classic shiny white top and want something different? Unusual Piercing Shop offers what you're looking for. This top is composed of three small opal spheres, it is not excessively large and fits the area perfectly!
It will be sent with the appropriate bar which has a flat, non-removable and very comfortable plate on the back. If you have a forward helix, we recommend opting for a 6mm bar; for all other piercings, 8mm is ideal.
- The material is ASTM F136 titanium, hypoallergenic and nickel-free
- The size of the trilogy is about 4mm in diameter
- The threading is internal
- The jewelry bar will be sent in 8mm size; if you have a forward helix, we recommend the 6mm bar. If you want other sizes, you can specify them in the notes section at checkout

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
