The Big Marquise titanium piercing is suitable for cartilage piercings, such as Helix or Conch piercings. It is mounted on a very comfortable labret with a flat back. Perfect for those who love a showy piece of jewelry that makes the ear sparkle.
If you have an Helix piercing, this jewelry, since it perfectly follows the curve of the auricle, is great if you are looking for something different from the usual hoop. This piece of jewelry allows you to combine others without the composition being excessive.
- The material is ASTM f136 titanium, free of nickel and other metals.
- The jewelry will be shipped with a 6mm or 8mm bar. If another size is needed, please specify it in the notes at checkout.
- The bar thickness is 1.2 mm.
- The jewelry threading is internal.

How do I choose the right jewelry size for my piercings?
Regarding barbells, the length varies depending on the type of piercing. Clearly, every anatomy is different, so it's always best to consult the professional who performed your piercing to accurately determine the right size for your ear. However, generally, these are the sizes we recommend:
- Helix: 6mm, in the case of thicker cartilage 8mm
- Tragus: 8mm
- Snug: 8mm curved barbell
- Lobe: 6mm
- Forward helix: 6mm
- Rook: 8mm curved barbell
- Flat: 6mm
- Conch: 8mm
Even for clickers, or hoops, sizes can vary based on anatomy, but generally we recommend:
- Helix: 8mm (10mm if the ear's curvature is very thick)
- Tragus: 6mm
- Snug: 6mm
- Lobe: you can choose between 12/10/8/6mm depending on the piercing's placement. The higher the piercing, the smaller the size we recommend if you want to create a scaled effect.
- Forward helix: 6mm Rook: 6mm
- Conch: 10mm (12mm if your piercing was done further in)
